Wondering why there's a Starlight II but no Starlight I? The Starlight I was an earlier design I used when I was building my first few glass guitars. I almost scraped the first build and started over. I overlooked some key elements in the design but since I was on a very limited budget I slapped something together just to get proof of concept. The first glass guitar I made is hideous in comparison to what I do now. It's funny how proud I was of that monstrosity.
It was a good starting point and showed that a guitar made of glass was possible. So I continued to improve things and build upon experience and mistakes until I came up with a more sleek design. The Starlight II.
